Terms of use
Draft: review before publishing. Still to confirm: the owner, the governing law and courts, and the payment and cancellation terms for Pro and Cloud.
Last updated: October 22, 2026.
Using Docodez
Docodez is an app to store and organize your notes and files. You can use it for personal and work purposes. You are responsible for the content you store and share.
Your documents
Your documents are yours. Docodez claims no rights over them. We recommend keeping backup copies: a file can get damaged or be lost with the device.
Plans and payments
- Free: free, with ads and some limits.
- Pro: a one-time purchase through Google Play. It comes back when you reinstall with the same account.
- Cloud (when available): a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play or in your account. When you cancel, your documents stay on your devices.
Refunds follow Google Play's rules.
Plugins
Third-party plugins are published by their authors. Check where a plugin comes from before installing it: a plugin sees the data of the notes that use it.
AI
If you use an AI provider with your own key, the agreement is between you and that provider, and you pay for its use. Always check what the AI returns: it can be wrong.
Warranty
Docodez is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well and not lose data, but we cannot guarantee it will never fail.
Changes
If these terms change, we will publish the new version here with its date.
